5. Games and Services

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DD Game App, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of one hundred Indian rupees (₹100) or the amount you have paid us in the last six months, whichever is greater.
